Customer e-sign for the combined packet

Dumbo emails the customer a secure link. They pick Full Value Protection or Released Value, acknowledge electronic records, and sign the Combined Moving Estimate, Order for Service, and Bill of Lading. The signed PDF and status are written back to the job. Movers do not sign as the customer. SMS is later.

  1. 1. Dispatch creates a link

    The API stores the v15 packet, emails the /sign link, and returns that URL. Texts stay off until Twilio is turned on later.

  2. 2. The customer chooses

    Option A (full value) or Option B ($0.60/lb). Both are offered. Neither is pre-selected.

  3. 3. The packet is stamped

    The choice, totals, and signature are written onto the PDF. Dumbo ops gets an email with that PDF and files it on the Movit job. A Movit API is not required.
